Dr. Gordon Hui has had a soft spot for animals since he was young, and grew up always having a pet of some sort, from dogs to hamsters. He graduated from Cornell University receiving a B.S in Animal Science and then earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He elected to continue training back on the east coast, doing an internship at Garden State Veterinary Specialists and afterwards remaining with the practice for another year as an emergency doctor. For the last few years he worked at North Shore Animal League America, providing veterinary care to the less fortunate at the world’s largest no kill shelter.
When not at work he enjoys baking, cooking, traveling and spending quality time with his wife, and dog Maddie, who was a rescue he adopted while at NSALA.
